Refund policy
1. Return Window We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your 3D printed model or accessory must be in the exact condition that you received it:

Unused, unworn, and unassembled.

In its original packaging with all parts and accessories included.

A receipt or proof of purchase (order number) is required.
Please note: Sets returned opened or damaged may be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Sets returned incomplete may be refused.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items Please inspect your order upon reception. If your model arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the product and the packaging. We will evaluate the issue and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special color requests or personalized 3D models). Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
5. Return Shipping Costs

Defective/Wrong items: We cover the return shipping cost and will provide a return shipping label.

Change of mind: The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. The item must meet the eligibility requirements stated above.
7. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at support@craft3dshop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
8. Refunds Process We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
