2. PRODUCT ACCURACY We strive to display our 3D models as accurately as possible. However, as these are precision-crafted items, slight variations in color, texture, or visible layer lines may occur due to the nature of the 3D printing process and monitor settings.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All designs, 3D models, and images on this site are the intellectual property of Craft 3D Shop LLC or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any portion of our products or designs without express written permission.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY We ship globally. While we use shock-proof packaging, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. MODIFICATIONS TO PRICES Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any model (or any part of the Service) at any time.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & SAFETY WARNING Our 3D printed models and desk accessories are intended for display, collection, and adult use. They may contain small parts and are not suitable for young children due to choking hazards. Craft 3D Shop LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, or incidental damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
